Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking updates begin once the courier scans your package into their system.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

  • In your shipping confirmation email
  • Inside your account under “Order History”
  • In your Shop account (if you used Shop Pay)

Tracking Through the Shop App

If you are using the Shop app, please note that it does not always display the most up-to-date tracking information.

The Shop app pulls data from carriers and may lag behind real-time updates.

For the most accurate and current tracking information, we recommend copying your tracking number and pasting it directly into the courier’s official website.

Why Has My Tracking Not Updated?

Tracking may not update immediately for several reasons:

  • The courier has created the label but has not scanned the package yet.
  • The package is in transit between facilities.
  • The package is waiting to be processed at a sorting center.
  • The package is held in customs.

It is normal for tracking to pause for several days while a package is moving through the shipping network.

Understanding Common Tracking Statuses

Label Created:
A shipping label has been generated. The courier may not have scanned the package yet.

In Transit:
Your package is moving through the courier’s network.

Out for Delivery:
Your package is scheduled to arrive that day.

Delivered:
The courier has marked the package as delivered.

Customs Processing / Held at Customs:
The package is being reviewed by customs authorities in the destination country.

Customs Delays

International shipments may be delayed by customs or government agencies.

Customs processing times vary and are completely outside of our control.

We are not able to:

  • Speed up customs inspections
  • Influence government processing times
  • Release packages from customs

If a package is held in customs, the courier or customs authority may contact you directly for additional information.

Can You Speed Up My Shipment?

Once a package is in the courier’s possession, we do not have the ability to accelerate transit time.

For delivery delays, you may contact the courier directly using your tracking number for the most current information.

My Tracking Says Delivered but I Do Not See My Package

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your property.
  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Review delivery photos if available.
