Damaged Items During Delivery

Whether or not shipping insurance is purchased, we will replace any items that are confirmed to have been damaged during transit.

It is your responsibility to carefully inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

How to Report a Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us by email at orders@lafuhqe.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

Your email must include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

Photographic documentation is required so we may properly assess the damage and file any necessary carrier reports.

Once the damage has been verified, we will promptly issue a replacement for the affected item(s). Replacements are issued for the same item originally purchased and shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise agreed upon.

Failure to Report Within 48 Hours

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours from the marked delivery date will not be accepted. We are unable to process replacements without timely notification and proper documentation.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you do not notify us of damaged items within the required timeframe and instead initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, we will provide your financial institution with documentation showing that no attempt was made to resolve the matter directly.

This includes delivery confirmation records, timestamps, and our published damage reporting policy. In such cases, chargebacks filed for unreported damaged items may be denied.
