Refund Timelines
If your refund has been approved, please review the information below to understand how refund timelines work.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued from our system.
Bank Processing Time
After we issue your refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
- Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days.
- Some financial institutions may take up to 14 business days.
- Processing times vary by bank and payment method.
We do not control your bank’s internal processing timeline.
Original Payment Method Only
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
Installment Payments (Sezzle / Afterpay)
If you paid using Sezzle or Afterpay, refunds are processed back to your installment provider.
Your provider will adjust your remaining payment schedule or issue funds according to their terms.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our policy.
If a restocking or administrative fee applies, it will be deducted before the refund is issued.
Why Is My Refund Not Showing Yet?
If you received a refund confirmation but do not see the funds:
- Check if the refund is listed as “pending.”
- Confirm you are viewing the correct card or account.
- Allow your bank’s full processing time to complete.
If more than 14 business days have passed since confirmation, contact us with your order number and we will review.
