Order Cancellation Policy

Due to a significant increase in discount code abuse, repeated cancellation requests, and fraudulent order activity, our cancellation policy has been revised and is effective immediately.

We are no longer able to offer unlimited or penalty-free cancellations. Customers are asked to carefully review their order, shipping address, discount codes, and product selections before completing checkout.

Restocking Fee

All cancellation requests are subject to a $20 USD restocking and processing fee. This policy applies to all orders without exception.

The restocking fee covers administrative processing, payment processing fees, inventory allocation, fraud screening, and warehouse handling costs incurred once an order is placed.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must email orders@lafuhqe.com with a clear written statement requesting cancellation.

Upon receipt of your request, we will respond to confirm:

• Your understanding of the cancellation policy
• Your agreement to the $20 USD restocking fee

Once written agreement is received, we will cancel the order, deduct the restocking fee from the order total, and issue a refund of the remaining balance to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has been submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment or has entered processing status, cancellations cannot be accommodated. This policy applies without exception.

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy, if applicable.

Refusal of Cancellation Terms

If you do not agree to the cancellation policy and restocking fee, your order will proceed as placed and will not be cancelled.

Refunds or chargebacks initiated due to disagreement with the stated cancellation policy will be contested. Documentation of this published policy, timestamped order records, and checkout agreement logs will be provided to the issuing bank.

Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, policies, and conditions published at the time of purchase. These terms are legally binding.
