User Generated Content, Testimonials & Influencer Policy

By submitting, posting, tagging, emailing, messaging, or otherwise providing content to LAFUHQE INC., including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, before-and-after images, social media posts, comments, messages, or creative materials (“User Content”), you grant LAFUHQE INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and commercially exploit such User Content in any media format now known or later developed.

This license includes use in marketing, paid advertisements, packaging, website content, product pages, social media platforms, email campaigns, affiliate promotions, digital tools (including VA-GENIE), and any other commercial or promotional materials.

Before & After Images and Transformation Content

By submitting before-and-after photographs, transformation images, or product-use demonstrations, you confirm that:

• The images are authentic and unaltered except for basic lighting or cropping.
• You consent to their commercial use without time limitation.
• You understand that results vary and your results may be described as individual experiences.

You acknowledge that such images may be used in comparative marketing formats.

Medical & Health Claim Moderation

LAFUHQE reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline User Content that makes unverified or impermissible medical claims, including claims that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

We may modify language for regulatory compliance while preserving the core meaning of the submission.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not constitute medical guarantees.

Influencer & Paid Partnership Terms

Influencers, affiliates, creators, and brand partners must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws, including FTC and equivalent international regulations.

Required disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and truthful.

LAFUHQE reserves the right to terminate partnerships that:

• Make unauthorized health claims
• Misrepresent product capabilities
• Fail to properly disclose paid relationships

Ownership Representation

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator or have full legal rights to grant usage permission.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Any individuals appearing in the content have consented to commercial use.

Moral Rights Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights, attribution rights, or similar rights in connection with the use or modification of your User Content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAFUHQE INC., its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of this policy
• False ownership representations
• Unauthorized use of third-party content
• Unlawful health claims made in your submission

No Confidentiality

User Content is not confidential. Do not submit proprietary, private, or sensitive information.
