Forgot My Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.
How To Reset Your Password
- Click the account icon at the top of the website.
- Select “Log In.”
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Follow the link to create a new password.
Once completed, you can log in immediately with your new password.
I Didn’t Receive the Reset Email
If you do not see the reset email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
If the email still does not arrive, it may be because:
- You checked out using a different email.
- You used an express checkout service (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay) tied to another email.
- No account exists under that email address.
I Checked Out as a Guest
If you placed an order without creating a password, an account may still exist under your checkout email.
Use the “Forgot Password” option to set your password for the first time.
The Reset Link Expired
Password reset links may expire for security reasons.
If your link no longer works, simply repeat the reset process to receive a new one.
Still Having Trouble?

- Your full name
- The email you believe was used
- Your order number (if available)
