Subscription Agreement & Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a LAFUHQE subscription, you enter into a recurring billing agreement and agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

Subscription products are offered at discounted pricing in exchange for your commitment to recurring purchases. These discounts are conditional upon maintaining the subscription for the agreed minimum term.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you expressly authorize LAFUHQE INC. to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen schedule (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, or annual).

You acknowledge that:

• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
• You approve recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with these terms.
• Failure to cancel before your renewal date constitutes consent to the charge.

Billing authorization records, IP address logs, timestamped agreements, and checkout confirmations may be used to dispute improper chargebacks.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

Subscription discounts require a minimum commitment of two (2) completed billing cycles unless otherwise stated.

If you cancel before completing the minimum commitment, we reserve the right to:

• Charge the difference between the discounted subscription rate and the standard retail price for fulfilled orders, or
• Apply a $20 USD early termination fee.

Subscription fraud, including ordering at a discounted rate with intent to cancel immediately after fulfillment, will result in a $20 USD administrative fee regardless of discount value.

Cooling-Off Period

A cooling-off period applies only prior to fulfillment of your first subscription order.

You may cancel within 12 hours of your initial subscription purchase provided the order has not entered processing.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, the cooling-off period expires and cancellation is no longer available.

Renewals do not qualify for a cooling-off period. It is your responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal charge date.

Subscription Management

Subscriptions operate on automatic renewal. Monthly subscriptions run on 28-day billing cycles unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling your subscription within your LAFUHQE account before your renewal date.

Email reminders may be sent as a courtesy but are not guaranteed. Failure to receive a reminder does not invalidate a recurring charge.

LAFUHQE does not manually cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.

Cancellations & Chargeback Policy

Subscription orders that have entered processing or shipment cannot be canceled.

If you initiate a chargeback for a subscription renewal that you failed to cancel prior to billing, we will:

• Formally dispute the chargeback
• Submit billing authorization and subscription agreement records
• Permanently restrict future purchases

You agree that chargebacks initiated in violation of these terms constitute breach of agreement.

If you cancel and later reactivate your subscription, previously secured pricing, promotional rates, and shipping discounts are not guaranteed.
