Why Was My Order Canceled?

If your order was canceled, it was due to one of the reasons outlined below.

Order cancellations are automatic or security-based decisions designed to protect both customers and our business.

1. Failed Fraud Verification

All orders go through automated fraud screening.

Your order may have been canceled if:

  • Billing and shipping information did not match
  • The transaction was flagged as high risk
  • The payment method could not be verified
  • The IP address and billing region did not align

For security reasons, we do not override fraud flags or disclose specific fraud-screening criteria.

2. Failed Address Verification

Orders may be canceled if:

  • The shipping address is incomplete
  • The address cannot be verified by the carrier
  • The address is flagged as high risk
  • The billing address does not match the payment method

To avoid this, ensure all address details are entered accurately at checkout.

3. Failed Contact Verification

If we are unable to verify your contact information, your order may be canceled.

4. Item Out of Stock

What Happens to My Payment?

If your order was canceled, any completed charge will be refunded to your original payment method.
