Before You Purchase
To ensure proper delivery and timely receipt of your order, you must carefully verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
This includes correct street numbers, unit or apartment numbers, building names, route information (if applicable), and proper postal abbreviations. Even minor errors may result in delivery delays or returned shipments.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, delayed, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered at the time of purchase.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes using Canada Post, USPS, or other local postal services.
Express, expedited, and courier shipping services are not available to P.O. Boxes.
If you select expedited shipping for a P.O. Box address, your order will be shipped via standard postal service. No adjustment or refund of shipping fees will be issued.
It is your responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method for your delivery location.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Standard shipping to U.S. destinations may take approximately 1–20 business days from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the selected shipping method, final destination, customs processing (if applicable), and carrier operations.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Standard shipping carriers may include Canada Post, Sendle, or USPS.
Express shipments may be fulfilled using DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other courier services at our sole discretion.
Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Holiday Shipping & High-Volume Periods
During holiday seasons and promotional periods, order processing may take 7–14 business days.
Processing refers to order preparation and packaging and does not include carrier transit time.
While we strive for timely fulfillment, high demand, large orders, restocking delays, or carrier congestion may impact timelines.

Shipping Fees & Refused Shipments
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse delivery due to tariffs, duties, taxes, or any other reason, you will be responsible for:
- The original outbound shipping cost
- The cost of return shipping to us
- Any carrier handling or refusal fees
These charges may be deducted from your original payment method without further notice.
Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal are subject to return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny future purchases in cases of repeated refusal or abuse.
Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on orders over $100 USD or during promotional periods.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only and does not apply to express or expedited options.
Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
International Shipments, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, the consignee or buyer is the importer of record.
By placing an order, you authorize LAFUHQE to facilitate importation on your behalf and to delegate customs processing to a third-party broker if required.
The consignee is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges that exceed the purchase price of the goods.
Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You must provide a valid email address at checkout.
Email addresses cannot be corrected after purchase. If you use express checkout and no email address is captured, you will not receive order confirmations or shipment notifications.
All tracking information and updates are sent via email only.
Processing time typically ranges from 1–4 business days, regardless of the shipping speed selected.
Selecting overnight or express shipping does not guarantee same-day shipment. Processing times always apply.
Once processing is complete, your tracking number will be generated and your order will be shipped.
Carriers may deliver packages to mailboxes, concierge desks, parcel lockers, leasing offices, or other locations deemed suitable by the courier. Larger packages may be left outside residences or apartment buildings at the carrier’s discretion.
