Definitions

Thank you for choosing LAFUHQE. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please review the refund and return terms below. These conditions apply to all products purchased from our websites.

• Company: LAFUHQE INC. ("we," "us," "our").
• Goods: All items sold on our website.
• Orders: Your request to purchase goods from us.
• Website: lafuhqe.ca and lafuhqe.com.
• You: The individual or entity accessing or purchasing from our website.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders or confirmed defective goods.

To qualify for return consideration:

• The purchase must have been made within the last 7 days.
• The goods must remain in their original, unopened packaging unless defective.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized goods.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expiration dates.
• Goods unsealed after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Goods that have been used, opened, or altered.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Defective or Damaged Goods

Due to the sanitary nature of vaginal care and intimate wellness products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

To report a defect, email orders@lafuhqe.com within 24–48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your full name and order number
• Clear photographs of the defective or damaged item
• Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

We will review your submission and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

In some cases, damaged items must be returned for inspection before a replacement is processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered exclusively for confirmed defective or damaged goods. We do not offer exchanges based on preference, product dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost once the defect is verified.

Returning Goods

Unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly fulfilled, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated risks.

You must contact orders@lafuhqe.com for return authorization and follow the provided instructions exactly. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

You are responsible for documenting the condition of the goods prior to shipment. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. Returns require confirmed receipt of goods or valid proof of delivery.

Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of vaginal care products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued unless goods are confirmed to be damaged and unusable upon delivery.

Damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Damaged goods may be required to be returned for inspection prior to processing a replacement.

We do not offer satisfaction guarantees. Refund requests based on personal preference, dislike of product, or subjective results will be denied.
