Order Confirmation Emails
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
If you did not receive one, review the steps below.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered into spam or junk folders. Please check there first.
Step 2: Confirm the Email Used at Checkout
Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
If there was a typo in the email address, the confirmation email will not be delivered.
Did You Check Out Using Only a Phone Number?
If you completed checkout using only your phone number and did not provide an email address, you will not receive an email confirmation.
Additionally, if you are not subscribed to receive SMS messages, you may not receive an SMS confirmation either.
How We Can Help You Locate Your Order
If you did not receive confirmation and are unsure whether your order was placed, please contact us and provide:
- Your full name
- Your complete shipping address
- Your phone number used at checkout
For security purposes, order verification can only be completed through direct phone or email communication.
Can You Add My Email to the Order?
In some cases, we may be able to add an email address to an existing order so that you can receive updates.
However, this is only possible if:
- The email does not already have an existing account associated with it.
- The order has not progressed beyond certain processing stages.
If the email is already connected to another account, we cannot merge or transfer account data.
How to Confirm Your Order Was Successful
If your payment method shows a completed charge, your order was likely placed successfully.
If you see a pending authorization that later disappears, the order may not have processed.
