We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Orders placed without shipping insurance are subject to the policies outlined below.
Orders Without Shipping Insurance
If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must first file a claim directly with the courier for resolution.
Please note: Courier investigations may take up to 45 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier.
We do not accept responsibility for packages that the courier confirms as delivered. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
Filing Claims for Loss or Damage
It is your responsibility to:
- Monitor and track your shipment
- Contact the courier if delivery conditions in your area are not secure
- Arrange alternative delivery or pickup if you will not be present
- File any claims directly with the courier
Claim Deadlines:
- Lost package claims must be filed within 7 calendar days of the package being marked as delivered.
- Damaged package claims must be filed within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
Claims submitted outside of these timeframes will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.
Claim Outcome & Replacement Policy
If the courier completes its investigation and determines that you are entitled to compensation for loss or damage, we will create a replacement order and reship your package.
If the courier denies the claim, we will not issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
