This page explains the privacy choices available to you in Periodt, the period and cycle tracker by LAFUHQE. It is the "Your Privacy Choices" / "User Privacy Choices" link referenced in the app stores and in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information

Periodt does not sell your personal information and does not share it with third parties for advertising or for their own purposes. Your cycle and health data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. Because there is nothing to opt out of, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" toggle to set — the answer is already no, for everyone, by default.

The choices you control in the app

• See and edit everything — all of your entries live on your device and can be viewed or changed at any time.
• Export your data — save a complete copy of your history to a file you control (Settings, Your data, Export).
• Delete your data — permanently erase all of your data from your device at any time (Settings, Your data, Delete). Deleting the app also removes it.
• Choose what you track — turn any category, mode, or feature on or off so the app only ever holds what you want it to.
• Notifications — enable or disable any reminder, or turn them all off, in Settings and in your device's system settings.
• App lock — optionally require Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to open the app. This is handled by your device; we never receive biometric data.

Email updates

If you chose to share your email address for receipts and updates, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one tap and you're out, no questions asked. You can also email us (below) to have your address deleted from our list entirely. Your email is never linked to your health or cycle data, and we never sell or share it.

Managing your subscription

Periodt+ is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. To view, change, or cancel it, use your store account:

• Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions
• Google Play: Play Store, Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions
