These Terms govern your use of the LAFUHQE mobile app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older.

1. Who we are

LAFUHQE provides feminine and intimate care products and related content. Purchases of physical products are fulfilled and charged through Shopify. Questions: lafuhqe@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+. You're responsible for your account and keeping your login secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing & shipping

Prices and availability can change. We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud). Shipping, taxes, and duties are shown at checkout. Returns follow our store policy.

4. The Vault (subscription)

The Vault is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends; payment is charged to your store account; manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. The Vault contains mature (18+) content.

5. Rewards (Poosy Points & FUHQE BUCK$)

Poosy Points and FUHQE BUCK$ have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may expire or change. We may adjust the program, correct errors, or revoke points/credit obtained through abuse, fraud, or returned orders.

6. User content & review videos

You're responsible for content you submit. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, or that includes other people without consent. By submitting a review video you grant LAFUHQE a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and display it in marketing.

7. Community rules

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, or sharing others' private information. We may moderate or remove content and access.

8. Health disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycle, pregnancy, and wellness features are for personal tracking and education only.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and LAFUHQE branding are owned by us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse them.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. You can stop using the App anytime and delete your account in Settings.

12. Governing law & contact
