This Privacy Policy explains how LAFUHQE ("we," "us") handles information in the LAFUHQE mobile app (the "App"). You must be 18 or older to use the App.

The short version

• Your health and cycle data stays on your device. Periods, symptoms, moods, pregnancy and conception logs, and appointment notes are stored locally on your phone. We do not upload them to our servers, sell them, or use them for advertising.
• We collect the basics needed to run an account, process orders, and reward you.
• We never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

You give us: name, email, optional date of birth (to confirm you're 18+ and for birthday rewards), order & shipping details, optional review videos, and community posts.

Stored only on your device (not sent to us): cycle & health logs — period dates, flow, symptoms, moods, scent/taste/discharge notes, pregnancy and conception tracking, and doctor-appointment notes.

Collected automatically: app-usage events (tied to a device identifier and, if signed in, your email) to improve the App and send relevant offers — not used for cross-app tracking; and a push token if you enable notifications.

How we use information

To operate the App (accounts, cart, checkout, rewards, Vault, Lounge), process and ship orders, run the loyalty program (Poosy Points and FUHQE BUCK$ store credit), send transactional and (with consent) marketing messages, review and feature submitted review videos, and keep the App secure.

How information is shared

Only with service providers that help us run the App: Shopify (accounts, checkout, payments, orders, store credit — we never see full card numbers), Supabase (usage analytics, if enabled), Spoks (email automation), Expo (push delivery), and review tools. We may disclose to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Review videos

Submitting a review video is optional. When you submit one you grant LAFUHQE permission to use it in marketing. Videos are reviewed by a person before any reward is granted or the video is used.

Health data

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycle and pregnancy features are for personal tracking and education only. Your health logs are stored on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Your choices and rights

Access or delete your account data by contacting us or using Delete account in the App's Settings (deleting the App removes on-device health data). Opt out of marketing anytime. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data; we honor applicable requests.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards and our providers encrypt data in transit. We keep information only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it.

Children

The App is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
